Further to Notice #1 of December 14, 2025, the Team has processed all nominations received. Five (5) nominees have agreed to the candidacy process and have been duly assessed as meeting the prescribed qualifications of a deacon.  The names of these nominees are Gary Cao, Vincent Choi, Lawrence Leung, Kenny So and Fred Yeung.

You are now invited to provide comments and opinions on the suitability of these nominees as potential candidates for deacon based on your knowledge of their moral, doctrinal and character integrity, and also leadership ability.

Please be specific when giving your feedback, which will be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of this deacon election by the Coordination Team.  Please print and sign your name and include your phone number to enable members of the Team to contact you for clarification if necessary. Feedback will be accepted from March 8 to 22, 2026.  For adequate time to administer the election of deacons, all dates and deadlines will be strictly adhered to by the Coordination Team. Please use one of the two available feedback submission methods:

a. Paper submission: Please submit the return slip (or letter) by depositing in the box marked Deacon Election Feedback at the NYCBC Church Office, 685 Sheppard Ave. E., 2nd floor.

b. Online submission: Please go to church’s website at nycbc.ca and follow the instructions there.

自2025年12月14日發出通告(一)後，執事選舉委員會就收到之提名進行審核和接觸，其中五 (5) 位被提名者被認為符合執事資格，並願意接受提名成為新一屆執事候選人，他們的名字為曹明旭、蔡嘉偉、梁浩民、蘇永德及楊啟業。
現懇請閣下根據對被提名者之道德，教義，品格及領導能力的認識，表示意見，是否適合作為執事的候選人。 
提供的資料必須明確詳盡。所有意見將會保密，祗供執事選舉委員會作為選立執事之用。請簽署，並用正楷寫下姓名及電話號碼，以便執事選舉委員會在有需要時與閣下聯絡。 
接受意見的日期為2026年3月8日至22日。請依照以上期限提交意見，好讓選立工作能順利進行。有兩種提交意見方式可供選用，請使用其中一種：
1. 書面意見：請到685 Sheppard Ave. E. 二樓教會辦公室索取選立執事回條(或遞交信件)。請將填妥的回條或信件，於3月22日下午一時前，放入教會辦公室的「選立執事意見箱」內。

2. 網上意見：請到教會綱址nycbc.ca，並依照指引。
