Youth Family Ministry Online 2026-2027 Registration / Consent Form

GENERAL INFORMATION
NYCBC Youth Family Ministry offers Fellowships, Sunday School, and Parent Cafe for youths and parents in the 2026-2027 school year. Registration is mandatory and will ensure that our programs are communicated to both youths and parents.

English-Speaking Fellowships
- Fridays 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, no programs on 5th Friday of the month.
- Programs include Youth Family Worship, Teaching Nights, Cell Group at host families’ homes, Socials, Gym Nights, etc.
- Gideon Fellowship: Grades 7-8
- Gilead Fellowship: Grades 9-12

English-Speaking Sunday School Classes
- Sundays 11:15 am to 12:30 pm
- Junior High Sunday School: Grades 7-9, room 301
- Senior High Sunday School: Grades 10-12, room 309

Parent Cafe:
- Runs 5 to 6 times during the school year on Friday nights 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Look out for emails to parents and announcements.

Program End Time and Dismissal

The Youth Fellowships Gilead and Gideon programs end officially by 9:30pm, and there is no more supervision provided after this time. Youths dismiss themselves at the end of program. Parents are expected to arrive on time to pick them up or make alternate arrangements with their children

In consideration of the benefits derived from my child’s participation in the subject North York (Chinese) Baptist Church (NYCBC) activities and other good consideration, I/we act as the parent(s)/guardian(s), hereby release and forever discharge NYCBC, its directors, employees, volunteers and agents from and against any and/or all liabilities, responsibilities, claims, actions, causes of actions, and demands which may arise directly or indirectly from my(our) child’s participation in, or travelling to/from, the said activities, and hereby waive all my(our) rights to claim and/or take any and/all kinds of action against NYCBC, its directors, employees, agents and volunteers. The above Release and Waiver shall ensure to the benefit of NYCBC, its directors, employees, agents and volunteers, and shall be binding upon the recipient and the recipient’s spouse, family members, heirs, successors, executors and assigns.
