The specific functional posts and the number of members required for each Ministry Group as shown on this form have been provided by the Ministry Groups and the Administration Committee, so that brothers and sisters may be nominated to the appropriate groups according to their gifts and passion to serve. Some of the Ministry Groups do not set specific posts. The election process during the Annual Business Meeting of Members will confirm one’s group membership but not necessarily to a specific post. This will provide the Ministry Groups with more flexibility in making changes and planning for the coming year. Please read the guidelines on the back first.

Qualifications of Nominees
(By-Law No. 5: # 42, 44, 49, 51)
The person must be:
1. a member and in good standing (a Coordinator for each ministry Group or Administration Committee: baptised through immersion),
2. may be either male or female, and over the age of 21,
3. personally committed to Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and give evidence thereof,
4. actively involved within the body of the church, and,
5. in full agreement with the Church Constitution.
Please do not nominate the follow:
1. Deacons and church staff.
2. Those planning to move away.

Worship Ministry (6 members)
Body Life Ministry (7 members)
Teaching Ministry (7 members)
Local Outreach Ministry (6 members)

1. Please submit another Nomination Form if you wish to nominate more than 6 candidates
2. If the nominee is currently not a member of the church, he/she must complete a membership application in order to be eligible.
